- Easy searching for file shares, and capture based on archival policies (eg. size, date)
- True global single-instancing: Full-text indexing of all archived content and de-duplication across multiple file shares, messages, attachments and archived SharePoint content
- Optional replacement of content on the file system with stubs, for storage cost savings and easier backups. Unlike first-generation solutions, our platform utilises advanced stubbing technology that optimises use of network resources and storage during stub recalls
Your eDiscovery costs can be reduced by collecting files from network-attached desktop and laptops, without requiring forensic disk imaging.
